Enjoyed the stay, it was very comfortable as value for money. Came in Calgary to relax and have fun, this classy hotel was good choice for doing it. The property was in the central setting on 16th Avenue.

Absolutley disappointing! The door to my room looked like it had been picked and poorly fixed. No microwave in sight. I thought i'd get some compensation for these troubles, maybe a complimentary breakfast? Instead, i had to trek outside just to use a microwave. How is that acceptable? Could've been great, but just couldn't.

Units with king size bed. Location: the hotel was right by Bowness and so many other cute areas of town, Canmore which was booked up and the mountains. Went to Pazzer's Pub for drink or two, set at a medium distance from the venue.

Clean, modern rooms with comfy beds made my stay enjoyable. The shower pressure was unexpectedly strong. Noise from the neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep.

Centro Motel surprised me with comfort and great cleanliness. The room felt modern, and having multiple pillow options. A nice touch was the provided earplugs for the outside noise from the TransCanada Highway. I'm glad I didn't have to use them. The staff was cute when I checked in, and I appreciated their quick assistance. I did encounter some noise issues from both neighboring rooms and the upper level. Walking sounds at night disrupted my sleep. Another downside was the absence of a closet. Still, the convenient location for accessing Calgary and Banff were good. I might return, hoping to avoid the noise next time.

The motel was very very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to be in. I found the motel based on rate, and was pleasantly surprised when the pictures showed flooring (no carpet), and a washable covered duvet. It was much better than expected with new fixtures (especially bathroom), and a very comfortable bed. Congrats to the owners.
Only complaint that as a renovated motel, nothing was done to remedy noise between suites. Not a big problem on my stay, but will be when the motel is really busy. One suggestion: Install a makeup mirror, as over-sink lighting, though tastefully designed, is not adequate for close up work.

I had a great time at Centro Motel! The room was clean, modern, and the super nice team. The location is spot on for visiting Banff, just an hour away. Just a heads up, the floors were creaky, so I heard a lot of footsteps at night!

I liked the responsiveness of the staff, the effort to offer exceptional service in a recently modernized motel just off the Highway. The beds were super and the room was just as nice as an moer higher priced locations.
The neighbourhood was a bit seedy, but the motel faces onto the street and is lit up very well, it's small so the staff have an overview of the place, so that as a solo female traveller I felt safe.

Great style - modern, close to main road. Everything was as expected. Clean.
Breakfast included from 0700, but no staff and locked doors at 0700. Had to depart at 0715, without breakfast !!!
